Dagger was born with the Chromosome 14 Mutation which non-scientifically speaking means super villain potential. Frankie’s father has invented an ankle cuff to neutralize the kid’s powers just in case he gets the urge to vaporize something or someone. Frankie is sure he’ll be on the top of Rockdale’s people to obliterate list. But it isn’t long before Frankie realizes that Dagger Rockdale is the least of his problems.
