The author's aim in this portion of the book is to educate and thereby create an attitude of empathy and understanding toward the sufferer. This section of the book also delves into the practical measures that the author learned to employ in order to manage her disorders. Part Three relates the role these disorders played in strengthening the author's personal faith in Jesus Christ and how they made her more dependent on the sufficiency of His grace and strength. This is a book which is meant to encourage anyone who is afflicted with these disorders toward the goal of understanding that living with an Anxiety Disorder cannot rob them of experiencing the abundant life in Christ which He extends to all who trust in Him.
