A diabolical fiend named Deceiver directs succubi and incubi to breach the earth plane and launch deadly attacks on a U.S. Army base in Alaska. After demonstrating its lethal power, Deceiver forces the President of the United States and other top government and military officials to undergo a daily ritual: Hold a revolver to your head, pull the trigger. The hammer falls on an empty chamber, but any resistance to Deceiver results in a compulsion to load the revolver first. After intimidating the American government, Deceiver requests sacrificial groups. Hoping to buy time, the President gives in and authorizes sacrificial groups to appease this diabolical fiend. As the slaughter proceeds, Deceiver targets the White House in a new round of attacks, and a frightened American government goes into hiding. But Deceiver is a relentless pursuer and wants nothing less than the President and his inner circle to serve as the next sacrificial group.
