This life was supposedly chosen, once, in the past. The package includes a family, a kid, and toil.

In the market-oriented cemetery, the crazy sexton guards workers and the relationships between the workers are sour. The short, relieving trips to the city are not really relieving at all, as the same distorted life rules there.

The near-psychotic narrator erupts uncontrollably and hysterically in the irreligious, mechanical world. There is no freedom, and no gods, anymore. Or maybe some old, primitive gods from the nature religions are still lurking there. There are the ancient songs. There are flocks of crows, sparrows and ever-patient trees. There is crooked humour.

Short breathing breaks amidst the drudgery give views into the eternity, to rest and time which is not measured.
