Growth is a definite part of life. Without growth of any kind, there can be no improvements. It doesn’t matter whether you are targeting physical growth, intellectual growth or spiritual growth you always have to challenge yourselves. The term “easy way out” that people use on occasion is really non-existent if you want to be able to upgrade yourselves. THERE ARE NO EASY WAYS.

If an obese individual wants to achieve a healthy weight, only consistent exercise and dieting can help him or her. There are no magic exercises that will make the individual lose weight instantly. There are no magic diets that will enable the individual to eat as much as he or she can and not increase the calorie intake. It is only through hard work and strong willpower that one can accomplish the goal of having a healthy weight.

Aiming high results in better success. A person never grows in a comfortable setting but rather stagnate. Put yourself in a difficult situation and you’ll find that it’ll toughen you up. Finding a way to cope is inevitable but there can be no improvement if one cannot be assertive and push oneself. So find yourselves a place where expectations and demands to perform and achieve are high, and continue to do so always.

Learning does not only have one stop. It is an endless path and given that we are only mortals, one can never really stop learning.

This book might just very well serve to be the stepping stone or inspiration for you to kick start your journey and put a value on knowledge.
