Your Secret, Quantum Super-Power

Ever play a fun game that I've played with friends, where you all get to choose one super power to have?

Super speed, super strength, x-ray vision, and indestructibility are always popular options.  I always choose having the ability to fly, because I could always avoid traffic.
But what if you really could have a super power - in real life?  What if you could have the super power of consistently getting more of what you want out of life?  Not because of "luck", but on purpose and intentionally?  Manifesting your desires, or at least coming very close to hitting the “bullseye”, almost every time you had a desire.

Guess what?  I can teach you to have this super power.  It's simpler to acquire than you might imagine and you can begin using it immediately to achieve almost anything you desire.

To acquire this wonderful super power you only need to do one thing: make it your primary purpose, just for today, to be grateful as much as humanly possible.
Sound too simple?  Sound crazy?  I can understand your reaction, but my instructions for acquiring this amazing super power are actually rooted in the very real and reliable science of quantum physics.

Let me explain.

In our universe, reality is completely subjective.  Quantum physics tells us that each observer sees her own, unique universe (and that is meant to be taken literally, not figuratively).   You, literally, see your own unique version of the material world; the material world you see is wholly (and only) yours and is "reality" only for you.

We now know that your observations collapse the “quantum possibility wave” into definitive, material objects.  It works like this: all sub-atomic particles exist in a state of pure, unrealized potential until they are observed.  Whereas we used to think that the material world existed independently of our observation, awaiting our discovery in a pre-determined state, we now understand that this is not true at all.  There is no “material world” without your observations, only a field of energy, representing all possibilities, which your observations command to form all the “things” of this universe!

Remember the old metaphysical question: “If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is there, does it make a sound?”  Quantum physics teaches us that if no one is there, there is no forest!

And here is where you really begin acquiring your new quantum super power of intentionally creating desired results in your material reality in earnest.  Quantum physics goes on to show us that you create your unique reality not just through your observations, but, more importantly, through your expectations.  What you expect to find is always what you will find.

And your expectations are created from your beliefs.  Your beliefs are nothing more than habitual thoughts you’ve thought often enough that they have become your beliefs.  I’m sure you can agree that whatever your beliefs, on any given subject, they create your expectations.  For example, if you believe that you are “thin”, you will expect to see “thin” when you look in the mirror.  And, thus, “thin” is what you will see and what you will be.  “Thin” is your material reality; you expected to see it because that is your belief.

Since you now know how your material reality is created, can you surmise how you will acquire your new super power?  I hope it is an easy, logical conclusion to see that if you improve, or "upgrade", your beliefs you will automatically see a different, improved-version of your reality?  I hope so, because this is scientifically true.  You see - if you improve, or “upgrade” your beliefs, your attending expectations will improve in tandem.

And your expectations, after all, tell the sub-atomic particles of our universe what form to take when you observe them.

This is not a “feel-good philosophy” or a pie-in-the-sky technique.  What I am describing, although I’ve taken a light-hearted approach by framing it as a super power, is based upon the incredibly precise and unerringly accurate science of quantum physics.  A science that has finally explained for us exactly how our universe operates in concrete and definitive terms.

So perhaps calling this a “super power” is actually the correct terminology.  After all, you are creating your material reality each moment of every day through the process I’ve described in this article.  Now that you have a game-plan to do so intentionally, you will truly possess a super power because you, alone among all the unfortunate others who still believe themselves powerless to influence the majority of their life experiences, will be able to attain greater sway over the material reality you see and experience.
Yes, it takes practice.  But the investment is worth it.  And the freedom your new super power provides is more valuable than the best university diploma or the fattest bank account.  Because you will become the intentional architect of your life experiences (rather than a mere bystander simply hoping for positive experiences).

Here where gratitude helps you acquire your quantum super power today.  Find reasons to be truly grateful for as many things as you can - even the things you usually take for granted, like breathing, your ability to drive a car, your sense of humor, your beating heart, your wonderful mind, etc.  And especially the things you commonly label "unwanted" experiences - by looking for the hidden gifts and opportunities inherent in them (hint...they are there if you're willing to look for them and are open to see them).

By making a concerted effort to feel gratitude, by telling yourself the best-feeling, believable stories about everything today, you will be shifting your beliefs in a very positive direction.  Over time, by practicing feeling gratitude for everything (or as many things as you possibly can), you will change your beliefs.  And, as quantum physics teaches us, when you change your beliefs, you will, literally, change “your” universe.
