This short story tells the tale of Charles McDonald discovering innumerable sets of instructions being spoken secretly to the whole of humanity through a universal static traveling deep through space. The find drafts him into a government conspiracy where he later realizes aliens have come, knowing mankind is on the verge of finding the secret to free energy, and ensuring they will responsibly take charge of their own destiny. Time, will, and fate are all interwoven, as Charles learns that the universal static contains a portal to the past, where he travels backward through time to correct the mistakes he had made with powerful men he once trusted. Thus, the Time Loop craftsman is born, and the tyrants who control the worlds' natural resources begin the hunt for Charles. Enjoy!
