One of the sisters, the author's great, great, great-grandmother, married and built an octagonal home near Ontario. A powerful, natural magick Circle, was their childhood home. Kit McGoey is a 6th generation practicing witch among the maternal line. Initiated by family and raised in traditional witchcraft, she was baptized as a Christian for propriety's sake. Aware of the truth and intrinsic rightness of the Craft of the Wise, she was always encouraged to explore other religions and make her own choice and there has only been one way for her.
