The Monday Rebellion is a quirky, surreal satire, originally published in the journal of the British Fantasy Society.
It draws on the well-known rhyme about the days of the week - Monday’s child is fair of face etc - and wonders what would happen if the days of the week decided to rebel against the established ordering and slicing of reality.
Who would join the Monday Rebellion? How far would certain reactionary days of the week go to preserve the status quo and their own entrenched interests?
