I have been plagued with anxiety attacks since I was 11 years old. Flying, crowds, dating, driving, traveling, going to the store, you name it and I probably had anxiety over it. My anxiety attacks caused me untold personal and professional problems. There were times when I thought I wouldn't be able to go on. When I was just a teenager I began to study panic attack symptoms and how to overcome panic and anxiety. It has been a long journey for me and I know there are many others out there that can use some help. In my book, I have compiled all the panic and anxiety relief methods that have worked for me.
