Free strategic choice might govern each adversary’s actions, but neither man is cognisant of the magnitude of what is now being slowly enacted with this confrontation, from plans formulated thousands of years ago.
The mastery of time and space are the skills of the ancient aliens, and they are little concerned about the fate of the earth, but they are not omnipotent, and now their plan is slowly and intricately unfolding, and leading to what they hope is a conclusion that will prevent the future destruction of two great universes.
