Cupcakes are everyone's favorite little indulgences. They are loved by adults and children alike because they are playfully sweet as well as utterly charming. These days, cupcakes can be found in bakeries everywhere, but with just a little know-how you can easily bake your own tempting boutique-bakery cupcakes at home and decorate them with flair.
While cupcakes are all the rage, many versions of them are not so good for your waistline. Some are loaded with fat, carbs, and calories and can make you fat. But you don’t have to miss out on all the fun, give these guilt free ‘skinny cupcake’ recipes a whirl.
Here are some examples of my irresistible recipes that are under 100 calories:
Raspberry Cupcakes (85 calories each)
Vanilla Dream Cupcakes (95 calories each)
Confetti Cupcakes (97 calories each)
Healthy Chocolate Dreams (85 calories each)
Here are some examples with slightly higher calories up closer to the 150 mark but still kind to the waistline:
Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes (147 calories each)
Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes (144 calories each)
Zingy Lemon Cupcakes (147 calories each)
Rice Krispie Cupcakes (135 calories each)
I believe looking good and staying fit and slim does not mean you have to eat rabbit food every day. With my great tasting but ‘skinny cupcakes’ you can have your cake and eat it too! Just eat one mind, not the whole batch!
