Jerry Cy is a private investor. He bought preferred shares of Washington Mutual in October 2008, at less than $2/share, right after they entered bankruptcy. He sold some of those shares a year and a half later, at $70 - while they were still in bankruptcy. He is now interested in USLV, a leveraged play on silver.
